Currently Debian does not yet contain any software which is intended to manage law cases. There is some Free Software out there which might be interesting targets for inclusion into Debian and so we provide a list of these projects which might be included at a later point in time provided somebody is willing to take over the packaging work.

This is a crossplatform java suite, for workflow and data management of Law Firms. eLawManager is the english version. - eLawOffice.it is the italian version. It's a standard client-server application with a webapp version. Supports OASIS opendocument and openoffice.

The legal case management (LCM) system is a software aimed for use by not-for-profit legal advice centres in order to make better follow-ups of their work, including client consultations and court events, as well as more efficient reporting.

The software facilitates the following tasks: - To store cases in a database, - To add follow-up information to each case, - To manage statistical information about clients, - To easily generate various reports based on the activity.

Additionally, the software encourages collaborative work on common activities and encourages the adoption of good practices, such as a clear methodology for follow-up work, structured archiving, etc.
