The Jupyter Notebook is a web application that allows you to create and
share documents that contain live code, equations, visualizations, and
explanatory text. The Notebook has support for multiple programming
languages, sharing, and interactive widgets.
This package provides the jupyter subcommands "notebook", "nbextension",
"serverextension" and "bundlerextension".

Light Speed! je program používající OpenGL, který na vzhledu pohybujících
se objektů ilustruje důsledky speciální teorie relativity. Tyto efekty se
začnou projevovat, pokud rychlost objektu dosáhne několika tisíc kilometrů
za sekundu. Čím více se rychlost objektu blíží rychlosti světla, tím jsou
efekty výraznější. Tyto relativistické efekty
jsou závislé na úhlu pohledu a patří mezi ně změna délky, barvy, jasu a
tvaru objektu.
Pohybujícím se objektem je ve výchozím nastavení geometrická mřížka.
Objekty můžete importovat také z 3D Studia a LightWave 3D. Nejlepší
na tom je, že je simulátor kompletně interaktivní a vykresluje
neobvyklé deformace v reálném čase!

Planets is a simple interactive program for playing with simulations
of planetary systems. It is great for teaching gravitation on planet
level.
The user interface is aimed at being simple enough for a fairly young
kid to enjoy it, there is a special kid-mode for this purpose.

Pomocí Step se můžete učit jak funguje fyzika. Na scénu umístíte nějakou hmotu,
přidáte síly jako je přitažlivost nebo exploze, pak kliknete na tlačítko
„Simulovat“ a v jednotlivých krocích si prohlédnete, jak se bude scéna podle
zákonů fyziky dál měnit. Můžete měnit všechny vlastnosti hmoty/sil (dokonce i
během vlastní simulace) a pozorovat jaký to bude mít vliv na vlastní
experiment.
Tento balíček je součástí vzdělávacího modulu KDE.

KTurtle is an educational programming environment which uses the TurtleScript
programming language (inspired by Logo) to make programming as easy and
accessible as possible.
The user issues TurtleScript language commands to control the "turtle", which
draws on the canvas, making KTurtle suitable for teaching elementary
mathematics, geometry and programming.
This package is part of the KDE education module.

Squeak Etoys was inspired by LOGO, PARC-Smalltalk, Hypercard, and
starLOGO. It is a media-rich authoring environment with a simple
powerful scripted object model for many kinds of objects created by
end-users that runs on many platforms, and is free and open source. It
includes 2D and 3D graphics, images, text, particles, presentations,
web-pages, videos, sound and MIDI, etc. It includes the ability to
share desktops with other Etoy users in real-time, so many forms of
immersive mentoring and play can be done over the Internet.
This is the Squeak image developed for the OLPC project.
