Установка данного пакета приводит к полной установке Apache, включая файлы настройки, сценарии инициализации и поддержки.

Avahi -- инфраструктура для обнаружения служб посредством многоадресной рассылки (Multicast DNS Service Discovery). Она позволяет программам предоставлять и обнаруживать службы и хосты в локальной сети без необходимости ввода специальных настроек. Например, можно сразу после подключения к сети найти принтеры, файлы и людей для общения.

Данный пакет содержит несколько утилит, позволяющих вам взаимодействовать со службой Avahi, включая такие действия, как публикацию, просмотр и обнаружение служб.

Berkeley Internet Name Domain (BIND 9) реализует сервер DNS, позволяющий устанавливать соответствия между доменными именами и IP-адресами. BIND 9 является самым распространённым сервером имён в Интернет и поддерживается Консорциумом Программного Обеспечения Интернет (Internet Software Consortium), www.isc.org.

Этот пакет устанавливает собственно службу DNS и используемые ей конфигурационные файлы.

Общая система печати в UNIX (английское сокращение CUPS™) — система печати, заменяющая lpd и другие подобные утилиты. Она поддерживает протокол печати в Интернет (IPP) и имеет свою собственную модель обрабатывающих драйверов для работы с различными типами документов.

Пакет предоставляет части CUPS, которые требуются для использования драйверов принтеров.

Foomatic is a printing system designed to make it easier to set up common printers for use with Debian (and other operating systems). It provides the "glue" between a print spooler (like CUPS or lpr) and your actual printer, by telling your computer how to process files sent to the printer.

This package contains all PPD files which can be generated from the Foomatic database as one small compressed archive. This reduces the disk space consumption compared to the Foomatic XML database vastly and in addition makes listing of all available PPDs and extracting the needed PPD much faster than using the Foomatic XML database.

Provided is access to posix, shadow, samba, proxy, fax, pureftp and kerberos accounts. It is able to manage the postfix/cyrus server combination and can write user adapted sieve scripts.

iPXE is network boot firmware. It supports a variety of network cards, including some wireless cards, and variety of network protocols (traditional DHCP, BOOTP and TFTP and also HTTP, iSCSI, SAN via FCoE and Infiniband). It supports scripting.

It is possible to use iPXE as a PXE ROM in the network card or to chainload it from other boot methods.

This package provides boot code for all supported network cards in one binary and several bootable formats.

The mod_auth_gssapi module is an authentication service that implements the SPNEGO based HTTP Authentication protocol defined in RFC4559.

This is a set of tools on top of the Network Security Service libraries. This package includes:

• certutil: manages certificate and key databases (cert7.db and key3.db)
• modutil: manages the database of PKCS11 modules (secmod.db)
• pk12util: imports/exports keys and certificates between the cert/key databases and files in PKCS12 format.
• shlibsign: creates .chk files for use in FIPS mode.
• signtool: creates digitally-signed jar archives containing files and/or code.
• ssltap: proxy requests for an SSL server and display the contents of the messages exchanged between the client and server.

This is the Cyrus SASL API implementation, version 2.1. See package libsasl2-2 and RFC 2222 for more information.

This package provides the GSSAPI plugin, compiled with the MIT Kerberos 5 library.

Links is a text mode WWW browser, similar to Lynx. It displays tables, frames, downloads on background, uses HTTP/1.1 keepalive connections.

This version is compiled without graphics mode. See the package links2 for a version with graphics support compiled in.

Generates true random passwords using /dev/urandom, with the emphasis on security over pronounceability. It can also encrypt plaintext passwords given in a temporary file.

This package provides the suite of plugins that are most likely to be useful on a central monitoring host. Some scripts need more packages installed to work, which is implemented as recommends.

Munin is a highly flexible and powerful solution used to create graphs of virtually everything imaginable throughout your network, while still maintaining a rattling ease of installation and configuration.

This package contains the grapher/gatherer. You will only need one instance of it in your network. It will periodically poll all the nodes in your network it's aware of for data, which it in turn will use to create graphs and HTML pages, suitable for viewing with your graphical web browser of choice.

It is also able to alert you if any value is outside of a preset boundary, useful if you want to be alerted if a filesystem is about to grow full, for instance. You can do this by making Munin run an arbitrary command when you need to be alert it, or make use of the intrinsic Nagios support.

Munin is written in Perl, and relies heavily on Tobi Oetiker's excellent RRDtool. To see a real example of Munin in action, you can follow a link from http://munin-monitoring.org/ to a live installation.

Mutt is a sophisticated text-based Mail User Agent. Some highlights:

• MIME support (including RFC1522 encoding/decoding of 8-bit message headers and UTF-8 support).
• PGP/MIME support (RFC 2015).
• Advanced IMAP client supporting SSL encryption and SASL authentication.
• POP3 support.

Nagios is a host/service/network monitoring and management system.

The purpose of this addon is to allow you to execute Nagios plugins on a remote host in as transparent a manner as possible.

This is a plugin that is run on the Nagios host and is used to contact the NRPE process on remote hosts.

The sitesummary system makes it easier to keep track of a lot of machines, by allowing each machine to report their existence once a day to a central collector, and using this collector to make summary reports about the hosts.

Trivial File Transfer Protocol (TFTP) is a file transfer protocol, mainly to serve boot images over the network to other machines (PXE).

tftp-hpa is an enhanced version of the BSD TFTP client and server. It possesses a number of bugfixes and enhancements over the original.

This package contains the server.

MySQL is a fast, stable and true multi-user, multi-threaded SQL database server. SQL (Structured Query Language) is the most popular database query language in the world. The main goals of MySQL are speed, robustness and ease of use.

This package depends on the default implementation of the client binaries and the additional tools innotop and mysqlreport.

This program analyzes any DNS zone you specify, and reports any problems it finds by displaying errors and warnings. Then it descends recursively to examine all zones below the given one (this can be disabled with a command- line option).

You don't have to feed any BIND conffiles to Dlint. Dlint uses nameserver calls to gather information.

Designed for Unix, dlint is written in Bourne Shell and Perl.
