Gnucap is a general purpose circuit simulator. It performs nonlinear dc and transient analyses, Fourier analysis, and ac analysis linearized at an operating point. It is fully interactive and command driven. It can also be run in batch mode or as a server.

This package contains a main executable and gnucap-modelgen.

Gpsim — это полнофункциональный программный эмулятор контроллеров PIC от Microchip.

Gpsim рассчитан быть точным насколько это возможно. Точность включает в себя начинку PIC: от ядра до портов ввода-вывода и ВСЕ встроенные шины. Поэтому возможно создать схему, связать ее с портами ввода-вывода и проверить PIC также, как если бы он был сделан по-настоящему.

Gpsim рассчитан работать так быстро насколько это возможно. Доступна эмуляция реального времени PIC до 20 МГц.

Gpsim рассчитан быть полезным насколько это возможно. Стандарт парадигмы эмуляции включает точки остановка, отладку по шагам, дизассемблирование, просмотр памяти и ее изменение. В частности gpsim поддерживает множество возможностей отладки доступных только при внутрисхемной эмуляции. Например, непрерывный отладочный буфер действий эмулятора. Также есть возможность установить точки останова на запись и чтение значений (то есть прекратить выполнение, если указанное значение будет записано или прочтено в/из регистра).

Oregano is a GNOME application for schematic capture and printing of electronic circuits. It can simulate the circuits using Gnucap, ng-spice or Berkeley spice.

Fritzing is an open source project designed to help one transition from a prototype to a finished project. Aimed at users who want to produce or document circuits and experiments, one starts by building a physical prototype, then recreating it with Fritzing’s graphical editor. From there one can generate a schematic, PCB artwork, and PCB production files.

gtkwave — программа просмотра файлов VCD (Value Change Dump, дамп изменения значения), которые обычно создаются симуляторами цифровых схем. (Эти файлы не имеют отношения к видео компакт-дискам!)

Kicad — это набор программ для проектирования печатных плат. Включает в себя редактор схем, средство трассировки печатных плат, средства трёхмерного просмотра печатных плат в конечном виде.

Kicad состоит из 5 основных компонентов:

• kicad — менеджер проектов
• eeschema — редактор схем

Библиотеки:

• eeschema и pcbnew имеют менеджеры библиотек, а также редакторы для условных обозначений радиодеталей и их корпусов

• возможность привязки документации к конкретному условному обозначению, корпусу и ключевым словам, предоставляется быстрый поиск по функциям
• Доступна обширная база компонентов условных обозначений для электрических схем и корпусов радиодеталей для печатных плат

xcircuit is a generic drawing program tailored for making circuit diagrams.

The graphical interface attempts to maintain consistency between X11 window rendering and the pure PostScript output.
