Calculix GraphiX (cgx) er en 3-dimensionel for- og efterbrænder for finitte elementer. CalculiX CrunchiX Finite Element Models kan bygges, beregnes og efterbehandles. For- og efterbrænderen er et interaktivt 3D-værktøj, der bruger openGL API'en.

Udover Calculix CrunchiX-resultatfiler (frd) kan resultater fra OpenFoam, Duns (2D og 3D), Isaac (2D og 3D) og Nastran (f06) læses. For forbrænderens Netgen-standardformat kan STEP og STL importeres.

De grundlæggende funktioner i Code_Saturne gør det muligt at håndtere inkompressible eller kompressible strømme med eller uden varmeoverførsel og turbulens. Dedikerede moduler er tilgængelige for specifik fysik såsom strålingsvarmeoverførsel, forbrænding (gas, kul, svær brændselsolie ...), magneto-hydrodynamik, kompressible strømme, to-fase-strømme (Euler-Lagrange-tilgang med gensidig kobling), udvidelser til specifikke anvendelser (f.eks. Mercure_Saturne for atmosfærisk miljø).

Programmet kører parallelt med MPI på maskiner med distribueret hukommelse. Det har været i udvikling siden 1997 på EDF F&U og er baseret på en co-beliggende Finite Volume-tilgang, der accepterer masker med enhver form for celle (tetraederformet, hexahedral, prismatisk, pyramideformet, polyhedral ...) og enhver form for gitterstruktur (ustruktureret, blokstruktureret, hybrid, overensstemmende eller med hængende knudepunkter ...).

DIET (Distributed Interactive Engineering Toolbox) er en middleware designet for HPC (High Performance Computing) i heterogene og distribuerede miljøer (arbejdsstationer, klynger, net, skyer). DIET tilbyder en implementering som er kompatibel med OGF-standarden (Open Grid Forum) Grid RPC API. Den virker på en hierarkisk måde, klienter anmoder om beregningsmæssige ressourcer til et hierarki af agenter, som vil vælge den bedst passende beregningstjeneste (kendt som SeD eller serverdæmon).

DIET er kernekomponenten for SysFera-DS HPC middleware (http://www.sysfera.com/SysFera-DS,10).

The basic capabilities of Code_Saturne enable the handling of either incompressible or expandable flows with or without heat transfer and turbulence. Dedicated modules are available for specific physics such as radiative heat transfer, combustion (gas, coal, heavy fuel oil, ...), magneto-hydrodynamics, compressible flows, two-phase flows (Euler-Lagrange approach with two-way coupling), extensions to specific applications (e.g. Mercure_Saturne for atmospheric environment).

It runs in parallel with MPI on distributed memory machines. Developed since 1997 at EDF R&D, it is based on a co-located Finite Volume approach that accepts meshes with any type of cell (tetrahedral, hexahedral, prismatic, pyramidal, polyhedral...) and any type of grid structure (unstructured, block structured, hybrid, conforming or with hanging nodes, ...).

ECS means "Enveloppe Code Saturne". This package is the Pre-processing module of Code_Saturne (a computational fluid dynamics free software).

FEniCS is a collection of free software for automated, efficient solution of differential equations.

FEniCS has an extensive list of features, including automated solution of variational problems, automated error control and adaptivity, a comprehensive library of finite elements, high performance linear algebra and many more.

FEniCS is organized as a collection of interoperable components, including the problem-solving environment DOLFIN, the form compiler FFC, the finite element tabulator FIAT, the just-in-time compiler Instant, the code generation interface UFC, the form language UFL and a range of additional components.

This is a metapackage which depends on all FEniCS components.

This is the legacy version of FEniCS. You may want to consider installing the next-generation FEniCS-X (fenicx package).

FreeCAD er et CAx RAD, udviklet i åben kildekode, baseret på OpenCasCade, Qt og Python. Det indeholder nogle nøglekoncepter såsom makrolæsning, arbejdsbænke, mulighed for at køre som en server og programudvidelser, som dynamisk kan indlæses, og det er designet til at være uafhængig af platform.

I øjeblikket kan FreeCAD importere og vise CAD-modeller i formaterne IGES, STEP og BRep og mesh'er i formaterne STL, BMS, AST og Wavefront OBJ. Redigerings- og modelleringsfunktioner er i øjeblikket noget begrænsede.

DOLFIN is the Python and C++ interface of the FEniCS project for the automated solution of differential equations, providing a consistent PSE (Problem Solving Environment) for solving ordinary and partial differential equations. Key features include a simple, consistent and intuitive object-oriented API; automatic and efficient evaluation of variational forms; automatic and efficient assembly of linear systems; and support for general families of finite elements.

This is the base package depending on specific dolfin builds. By default the version built against the preferred version of PETSc in /usr/lib/petsc is selected (with 32-bit indexing, but the alternative version (64-bit PETSc) can be selected by setting the environment variable PETSC_DIR.

This is the legacy version of DOLFIN, you may want to install the next-generation python3-dolfinx (DOLFIN-X) instead.

Escript is a programming tool for implementing mathematical models in Python using the finite element method (FEM). Because users do not access the data structures it is very easy to use and scripts can run on desktop computers as well as highly parallel supercomputer without changes. Application areas for escript include earth mantle convection, geophysical inversion, earthquakes, porous media flow, reactive transport, plate subduction, erosion, and tsunamis.

Scripts can be executed in parallel (on varying numbers of threads or nodes) without any special modifications.

Escript now includes the esys.downunder module for 3D inversion of geophysical data sets. The current version supports gravity, magnetic and joint inversion.

This package contains the commands and libraries for Python3 with OpenMP threading and MPI multiprocess support.

This is a Python3 interface to SILO, a scientific I/O library.

Silo supports gridless (point) meshes, structured meshes, unstructured-zoo and unstructured-arbitrary-polyhedral meshes, block structured AMR meshes, constructive solid geometry (CSG) meshes, piecewise-constant (e.g. zone-centered) and piecewise-linear (e.g. node-centered) variables defined on the node, edge, face or volume elements of meshes as well as the decomposition of meshes into arbitrary subset hierarchies including materials and mixing materials. In addition, Silo supports a wide variety of other useful objects to address various scientific computing application needs. Although the Silo library is a serial library, it has some key features which enable it to be applied quite effectively and scalable in parallel.

Calculix GraphiX (cgx) er en 3-dimensionel for- og efterbrænder for finitte elementer. CalculiX CrunchiX Finite Element Models kan bygges, beregnes og efterbehandles. For- og efterbrænderen er et interaktivt 3D-værktøj, der bruger openGL API'en.

Evaluering af kontroldiagrammer via nultilstand, ARL i stationær tilstand (Average Run Length). Opsætning af kontroldiagrammer for angivet i-kontrol ARL og plotning af de relaterede figurer. Kontroldiagrammerne under overvejelse er en- eller tosidede EWMA og CUSUM-diagrammer for overvågning af gennemsnittet af normal distribuerede uafhængige data. BRL-CAD is a powerful combinatorial Constructive Solid Geometry solid modeling system that includes interactive 3D solid geometry editing, high-performance ray-tracing support for rendering and geometric analysis, network-distributed framebuffer support, image and signal-processing tools, path-tracing and photon mapping support for realistic image synthesis, a system performance analysis benchmark suite, an embedded scripting interface, and libraries for robust high-performance geometric representation and analysis.
